Target’s Last Mile Delivery

Shipt partners with Target, the retail store, to deliver packages that Target customers have ordered online. In this role, you'll get paid to drive and deliver those packages right to the customer's doorstep.

You Call The Shots

Drive every now and then or 7 days a week - it's up to you! You also have total control over how you spend your time in the car - catch up on podcasts, jam out to playlists, or bask in peace and quiet. Your car, your rules.

How Is This Different From Other Shipt Roles?

Shipt also offers the Shipt Shopper role. This Driver role involves driving to pick up packages from Target, and then delivering those packages on a single route that delivers to many customers. The Shopper role involves shopping for a grocery list and delivering to the customer’s doorstep immediately after. Being a Driver allows you to spend your time driving a route from the comfort of your own car, whereas being a Shopper gives you the flexibility to start or stop working after each order you complete.

Requirements to Become a Driver

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid mailing address
• Valid U.S. driver's license and auto insurance.
• A reliable vehicle, 1997 or newer, cannot be a 2-door sedan
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
• iPhone (iOS 10 or newer) or Android (5.1 or newer) smartphone.
